Our Team
Kahl Environmental Services was formed in 1991 in San Diego, California to provide professional environmental management solutions to private and public sector clients in Southern California. Our staff is comprised of a unique group of professionals with diverse scientific and regulatory backgrounds. Our technical personnel work under supervision of registered professionals who have specialized expertise in environmental sciences, construction, and waste management. KES maintains Registered Geologists, Hydrogeologists, and Chemists on staff and work with various consulting Engineers and Industrial Hygienists as necessary to support project requirements. All of our project managers have extensive experience interacting with regulatory agencies in virtually all aspects of environmental risk and regulatory compliance.
The individual experience of our professional staff is highly diverse. Most of our managing professionals have hands-on experience working on projects ranging in size from small scale retail property studies to large-scale Federal government site cleanups. This background enables our staff to draw from professional experience and training in a variety of environments and use of standardized quality control procedures, sampling techniques and field instrumentation. Our professional staff is supported by a talented group of in-house field technicians, construction managers, and heavy equipment operators. All of our environmental field personnel receive current environmental health and safety training in accordance with OSHA requirements. This training is part of Kahl Environmental's commitment to safety and quality control during site activities.
